  • Will the hemp rope clear New Zealand Customs? Yes. Our hemp rope is fully processed and treated for commercial use, making it safe for import. However, delays due to Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) bio-security checks are possible for any natural fiber product, so please allow a little extra time for delivery.
  • How long does shipping to New Zealand take? Since we ship internationally from the USA, typical delivery takes 7 to 13 business days. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
  • What currency is the store in? All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank will automatically convert the total to New Zealand Dollars (NZD) at the current exchange rate when you checkout.
  • Does the rope have a smell? Natural hemp rope has a distinct, earthy scent (similar to hay or burlap). This is normal and usually fades over time when aired out.
